Each of our products needs to be used as directed. They are not intended for self diagnosis or medicinal purposes. It is the consumer's responsibility to read the label information and to use the products accordingly. If any irritation should result, discontinue use immediately.  If you have a skin irritation or condition please consult a physician.

Ordering
Each batch is made in small quantities to maintain the highest quality of every product.  Please allow 8 weeks for shipment of a custom soap order as it needs to cure for 4-6 weeks. All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment. 

Payments can be made through Paypal, Square or E-transfer.

Refunds
POSY does not accept returns.  If you have an issue with any of our products, please send us an email or fill out our Contact Form and let us know the issue.  We will do our best to resolve your problem.

Wholesale
We offer Wholesale pricing to approved retailers. A minimum order is required and shipping costs will be extra. Products sold to you may not be resold to another retailer.
